Transferring from a school in a foreign country to a school in Machusetts?

I recently finished the 9th grade, and I want to transfer to a school in Machusetts. The problem is, I'm living in the southern hemisphere and the school year is from March to December. If I were still living in America I would be in the 10th grade right now, instead of starting 10th soon. Would I be able to transfer without any problem (and start going to school in the middle of the 10th grade)?
