How can I get rid of allergies?

I have annoying allergies and I can't take it any more! My nose is almost always congested, I have itchy and watery eyes all the time, and my ears always feel stuffed up. How can I get rid of these allergies for good. Oh and please don't tell me to see the doctor, because I'm only 11, meaning that, I obviously can't go to the doctor just like that.
