Is a Degree and Masters from a Malaysia University good enough for me to work in the USA?

I wanted to apply for the Dv Lottery in the future and I'm about to pursue a Degree and Masters in Information Technology in Malaysia but I dont know if I can get a job in America with my degree and Masters from Malysia and I can't afford to study in the US( I hear this works in your advantage if you want to live and work there).If I do win will I manage to get a job in the US, or will my Malaysian Degree and Masters not be good enough?And also if you can suggest some good Universities in Malaysia, that would be helpful...
