Do you think the whole Brett Favre scandal is childish?

The NFL fined a player for makeing comments about a women reporter.Brett sends a women reporter ualy explicit text messages and nothing is done.From the same phone # comes pictures of a weiner..Brett says that he didn't send them.Yet the NFL is silent.Well to the NFL do something!If your not going to do anything say so.But don't have 2 sets of rules!One for the elite players and 1 for the rest.If this was some backup player this would have been settled by now.
