Statistical ysis Question?

I recently did a test of the efficacy of contact lens solutions. I would like to know what ysis I can do. I have the average growth of bacteria from each solution, and I have averaged out the growth of each category (types of solution) by taking the average growth from each solution. My only variables are the anti-biotic used in each solution, and the amount of time the bacteria was exposed (like a contact soaking). How should I compare these together?
