Is Brett Favre A Over-Rated or Under-Rated Quarter Back?

Brett Favre is definitely not over-rated, but he could have such a better quarterback if he didn't throw so many interceptions. Last year was a great example of this, because if he didn't throw that interception again the Saints in the conference game the Vikings would have won that game and gone on to the Super Bowl. Of course, they will say he is a trader, because he left the Packers but people need to understand that he NEVER wanted to leave them he was pushed out by the General Manager and the Coach of the Packers. It is true that Brett wavering every year if he is going to retire or not didn't help his cause with the Packers that year but they could have waited on him just like the Vikings did.
