I can play Frank Gore or Maurice Morris.I'm not sure of Gore's situation or Alexander's.Who should i play?

My opponent is up by five points and he has Bobby Engram (WR for Seattle) playing. I can either choose Frank Gore or Maurice Morris ( Shaun Alexander's backup). Please Help!!!
