I have post polio syndrome and have a question for other married women with this disability,?

My husband and I have ben married twenty seven plus years and when we were first married I was able to do easy farm chores like feeding chickens and goats, gather eggs, prepare food and do some light work in the garden but now my condition has deterred until he has to do everything plus caring for me as well.All I can do now is hobble out in the back yard and sit in a lawn chair doing handcrafts and knitting.Somehow it makes me feel even more worthless and miserable than before and a burden for the only man who loves me.The question is how do I justify my existence?
