Are Fred Flintstone copyrights privileges over?

I've been looking at a couple of cartoons lately like "The Grim Adventures of Mandy and Billy, Family Guy, Venture Bros, and other cartoons. And after seeing Fred Flintstone on these cartoons, I wonder if the Flintstones lost their copyright privileges and their work is in the public domain for everyone to use?
