Who do you think the Broncos should hire for head coach?

If we can't get Harbaugh, then I'd definitely go after a defensive coach. Of the ones on the interview list, my choice would be Ron Rivera (not only was his defense near the top (very top?), but he has experience in the AFC West, and he'd always have that extra motivation to whoop the Chargers' a$$es). LeBeau would be another great choice.
