Who's the best Joker?

I think that everyone can agree that Heath Ledger was the best. Not just out of respect because he ped away. But I believe that he was the best. I have all the movies of Batman (the old ones and the new ones). I remember that other guy who played him. He was alright. You could tell that he was just some pissed guy in make up. But Heath brought a whole new dimension to the character. A whole new perspective. He added that creepy but brilliant voice to add to the disturbed mind of the character. We now saw Joker as a disturbed (maybe mental/sick) man who just wanted to watch the world burn. We can also thank Chris Nolan and the rest of the crew for adding to the effect.
