Elegant and graceful go hand in hand, as someone who is elegant, also has grace and poise in their movement, speech and actions, while someone who has grace will also appear elegantly dressed and turned out etc. Someone with these qualities will also be most likely refined too, although being refined conjures an image of social breeding and being part of a high cl as well. Normally, I wouldn't necessarily connect adept with refined or elegant, as i connect this concept more with a skill, but someone who is refined and elegant can be adept at sociological things and may have skills that allow them to further themselves in society.
