i am 15yrs old.i wan to lose my weight.i know i am small 4 it but i wan to ...n dat to in 20 days..n i dont want to do any much hard wory..10 20 min its ok ..but not too long.......plz sggest me some home made ramedies or something else.....n i cont compromise on food but liitle its ok...plz suggest me somethiing...
