Baby boy names to go with Oliver...?

I have a son named Oliver Reginald James who is 2 and a half, and we found out we are expecting another boy today! We're over the moon but cannot agree on a name! It needs to go with Oliver and the surname is Hillman. Some names I like but my hubby doesn't are Leo, Max, Sebastian, and Ellis and some names he likes are Andrew (his own name - typical narcissist!) and Oscar (which would get shortened to Ozzie, which sounds silly with Oliver's shortened Ollie). Any ideas of names similar in style to Oliver? Ideally it wouldn't start with an O or an H. Thank you!
